The loss of daylight in the evenings here has really put a damper on running anytime after 5 pm. We finished our latest Wednesday run in the dark, but it was a beautiful night with the crescent moon coming up over the ocean. I'm continuing to try and run at lunchtime and my mileage is still around 30 miles a week. There is a 5k coming up on Thanksgiving, a 4 mile in December and a 10K in January. After that Clam Beach!! I can't believe it will be 1 year running without stopping. Wow! What a trip it's been. Amber and I will get to run all the same races over again and try to beat our previous times.
